Sizing
Q: Where can I get advice on which size to take?
A: Please contact us at sales@uants.co.uk and share your measurements and the item you are interested in.

Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. We use DHL as our carrier, and can ship to all locations they cover.

Q: Can I receive my delivery the next day?
A: If you live in the UK it may be possible to send your order on a next day service at an increased rate. Please contact us at studio@uants.co.uk to discuss this further.

Q: Do you cover international duties and taxes?
A: Customers outside the UK are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by DHL directly.

Returns
Q: Do you accept returns?
A:We can accept returns if an item is faulty, this applies to full priced items only.
Please note we can not accept returns on our Made to Order service or any discounted/sale items, as these are final sale.

Q: How long is your returns policy?
A: We operate a 14 day return policy upon receipt of your order for faulty ready to wear items only. 

Q: How long does it take for the refund to be received?
A: We will process your return within 7 working days, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.

Unavailable items
Q: An item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
A: If an item you want is out of stock, please email studio@uants.co.uk where we can advise any further options.

Q: If an item is out of stock, can you make one for me?
A: In some cases, we can offer our Made to Order service. Please contact studio@uants.co.uk to enquire about the item you are interested in.
